This page explains how website project enquiries and estimate-download signups are handled.

Project enquiries

When you submit the project enquiry form, the details you provide are sent to Bind Builds for follow-up. They are recorded in the Bind Builds website lead sheet and an email notification is sent to the team.

Estimate PDF downloads

You can view and present a planning estimate without signing up. To download the estimate PDF, we ask for your name, phone number and email address. Those details and the associated estimate summary are sent to Bind Builds before the PDF is released.

WhatsApp and email

If you choose to continue through WhatsApp or your email app, your project brief is passed to that service as a draft for you to review and send. Those services process information under their own policies.

What to include

Share your contact details and a general project location. Please do not include property deeds, identity documents, banking details or other sensitive documents in these forms.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact bindbuilds@gmail.com if you would like to ask about or request deletion of an enquiry you have sent.

Website analytics

Google Analytics may be used to understand page visits, scroll depth, calculator and enquiry-funnel use, campaign/referrer attribution and website conversion events such as project enquiries, calls, WhatsApp clicks and estimate downloads. Analytics events do not intentionally include the contact details entered into our forms.

Website delivery

The website is hosted on Vercel. Google services are used for analytics and the interim website lead sheet and notification workflow. Hosting and external providers may process technical request information needed to deliver these services.
